Dear Cheyenne,

TRIO Academic Services programs are federally-funded and designed to help eligible students stay in school and graduate from UAB in a timely manner.  We do this through a variety of services including tutoring, success coaching, study skills workshops, and counseling. Check out our TRIO Video for a tour of our services. 

TRIO Works! We have an awesome success record and have helped hundreds of students to graduate from UAB. We have two Student Support Services (SSS) programs: a STEM-H program for students with Science, Technology, Engineering, Math and Healthcare majors and a regular SSS program for students with all other non-STEM-H majors.  If you think you qualify, complete the appropriate application and return it by September 6^th.  Contact us at (205) 934-2729 if you have any questions.
